Oslo, Norway: Electronic lo-fi duo AACT RRAISER officially release their new single “Northern Lights” b/w “Ghost Princess” this Fall on Manimal, followed shortly by their debut full length album TBA…

The band shamelessly use samples ranging from Hall & Oats to 80′s UK indie darlings Orange Juice to mix a druggy cocktail of dreamy electronic sounds. Virtually unknown outside of Scandinavia, these two have yet to bring forth their interesting version of American ‘chill wave’ and simple electronics that bring to mind, Boards of Canada, Air and Neon Indian.
